Domestic orders incur a flat rate. Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $79.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns

Essential Dog offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all goods in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
For a change of mind or exchange, please return goods in their original packaging. Items must be unopened and received in saleable condition.
Damaged or lost in transit
For damaged goods or goods lost in transit, Essential Dog will replace them free of charge and pay for shipping of the replacement.
What to expect with a return
- Once received, Essential Dog will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return or exchange.
- If a partial return means an order no longer qualifies for free shipping, a $6.95 shipping fee will be charged.
